Digital Counter is used to know the total production of the machine in terms of number of units, total meter per shift, total stroke per shift, total bottle filling, etc.
This can be widely used for counting number of pieces, batch counter, preset counter of cloths, cables, wires, ropes, sheet, etc.
- Auto resolution RPS (Revolution Per Second Or Pulse Per Second) or RPM (Revolution Per Minute Or Pulse Per Minute) user selectable.
- Two number LED used for RL1 (Alarm1) & RL2 (Alarm2).
- 11.059 MHz quartz crystal for high accuracy.
- Two independent set points programmable in three different control actions, like normally On, normally Off, pulse output.
- Built-in watchdog circuit for fail safe operation.
- Relay output for each set point with NO / C / NC output.
- +12VDC, 50mA built in supply for proximity, infrared sensor.
- Program setting by three soft membrane keys on the front panel.
- Three different industrial sizes are available on request.
- Remote & manual reset facility.
