The icount Bottle Sampler (icountBS) from Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic Filter Division Europe is now available with an innovative industrial design that has been developed for customers looking for state-of-the-art technology, attention to detail and is a compact permanent product for laboratory particle analysis. Combining these features with on-board, laser based, leading-edge technology brings a truly revolutionary particle counter to many industries. The icountBS features an easy to use, interactive touch screen, pressurised bottle chamber for in fluid air suppression via an internal compressor pump (shop air optional), a bottle cavity aperture design with an easy to open cantilever catch and hinge. Also the icountBS has a safety door locking mechanism and sample tube feed, ‘retract and cleaning’ sleeve system, minimising contamination cross-over, which is noted as a competitor shortfall. An internal printer is standard and the icountBS is calibrated to ISO and NAS standards. The icountBS benefits from Parker’s knowledge and experience providing bottle analysis equipment to the market over the last 15 years.
