3-phase Breaker Timers

Pragati Engineering offers 3-phase Breaker Timers. It is compact, light, portable and easy to use. It measures the breaker contact’s closing, opening and trip free timings, which are important parameters for maintenance of a breaker. The specifications are: supply voltage – 230 V ±10 %, 50 Hz; Display – high contrast LCD 16 x 2 lines; Close/ open contact rating – the contacts can withstand maximum 6 A/220 V DC; Command – close, open, auxiliary, trip free, reset and bounce; Casing – made of ABS plastic with handle; and Product Dimensions – 220 (W) x 230 (D) x 92 (H) in mm. When the timer is switched on or is reset, the timer checks the condition of the 3 poles. If any discrepancy is noticed, then the timer indicates it by flashing the pole display status. If no discrepancy is noticed, then timer displays O for open and C for closed condition of the contact. After a delay of 5 seconds, the timer displays time in milliseconds. It also displays the closing/ opening time of the contact on execution of close/ open command. When the timer is used in trip free mode, it displays the contact’s close time for each phase. When bounce switch is activated, timer displays the number of bounces for close operation and closing time for the first 6 bounces. The other electrical product available is measuring instruments.
