Solar Power Meter

Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, has introduced a new Solar Power Meter, Model KM-SPM-530. This model has solar power measurement with orientation and tilt angle, 4-digit triple display, auto ranging, auto power off with disable function and LCD backlight display, Max/Min/Avg and data hold, low battery indication function, zero adjustment, over range indication function and light in weight. The range of this model is 0~2000 W/m² (0~634 BTU/(ft2xh)) and accuracy is ±10 W/m² (±3 BTU/(ft 2 x h) or ±5% whichever is greater. The spectral range of this model is 400~1000 nm. It also has 20 points memory, auto record and data recall with tripod socket and magnetic mount. It is CE certified and standards complied are EN61326, IEC61000-4-2, IEC61000-4-3, IEC61000-4-8. It has high sensitive silicon photodiode sensor with daylight filter. The operating temperature range is 0~50°C (32~122°F) less than 80% RH and storage temperature range is -10~60°C (14~140°F), less than 85% RH. The dimensions are 140 x 49 x 29 mm and sensor probe, 83 x 54 x 26 mm. It has applications in meteorology, agriculture, physics and optical laboratories, solar radiation measurements, for solar power research for location of the solar panel or solar water heater, windows performance, calculate the rate of daylight penetration. It is supplied with 9 V battery, carrying case, and instruction manual.
