Resistivity Meter With Built-In Power Source

Geosensors offers a Resistivity Meter with Built-in Power Source. This is designed to measure current and potential separately in one mode of measurement, while in the other mode it can read the resistance directly that results in reducing the users’ time for calculating resistance from current and potential values. The range can send highly stabilised currents up to 200 mA and read the resulting potential with a 100 micro volts resolution or ground resistance directly with 50 micro ohms resolution. Specifications: ground water exploration for shallow as well as deeper aquifers; bed rock investigations for dam sites, tunnel alignment and powerhouse; mineral exploration; sand and gravel deposit location; and geophysical field training. GeoSensors emerged under the umbrella of M/s Integrated Geo Instruments & Services (P) Ltd, as an independent firm in the year 2008 for manufacturing selected geophysical instruments like resistivity meters and water level indicators. Within a span of 4 years, the company manufactured and supplied more than 1000 such instruments to cater to the needs of both government and private sectors within India and exported to Afro-Asian countries like Nepal, Sudan, Nigeria, Kenya, etc.
