The online moisture meter is designed to measure the moisture content in boiled or raw paddy dried in recycling type paddy driers. It is manufactured according to the international standards and as per the client’s requirements. The online moisture meter comprises of two parts namely:
Measuring sensor unit: They are fitted in the path between drier bin and the recycling elevator in a strategic manner so that the sensor wheels encounters with flowing paddy. The sensor wheels rotate and measure the moisture present in the paddy in a preset time.
Display control unit: This unit displays the actual moisture and set moisture and raises a siren when the actual moisture reading meets the set moisture level.
