Dynamometer

Srim Automation has in-house technical capability to manufacture a power dynamometer with torque ranging from 0.5 kg.m to 50 kg.m (5 Nm to 500 Nm). The dynamometer (brake) will deliver rated torque from zero speed to 100 RPM. The company is capable of making test benches and dynamometers as per customer specific requirements. Repeatability and stability of torque delivered by the dynamometer is within 1% accuracy. Power consumption of the coil is less than 40 W. Self cooled, fan cooled or chill water cooled, hollow shafted or extended shaft type dynamometers are available, capable of replacing any dynamometer of any indigenous or imported make. These dynamometers are avidly used in test benches of automobile electric motors, tiny gearboxes, pumps, engines, belts, laboratory of engineering colleges, etc. The company also offers reaction type torque transducers, tension transducers and powder clutches.
