The Contact Resistance Meters are used for effective and accurate measurement of the resistance of male-female contacts of isolators, GTS breaker contacts, bus bar joints and SF-6 breaker contacts. It is done by applying a variable DC current ranging from 0–100 amperes and measurement of the voltage drop along their contacts. The ammeter and mill voltmeter (Micro-ohmmeter) measures the current flowing in the contacts of the electrical equipment. A variac incorporated to adjust the output current from 0 – 100 ampere.
