Capillary rheometers, Rheograph Series 25, 75 and 120 with CAN-bus electronics, introduced by Goettfert are meant for a higher degree of automation. These multi functional, high pressure, user friendly instruments come with colour touch-screen monitor, with a wide variety of barrel configurations, each one a leader in its class regarding their respective technical specifications. High speeds are available for extreme large shear rate range testing. Coupled with a high force rating and unique CAN bus Plug & Play pressure measurement system, measurement curves over wide ranges can be taken in one run and with one set-up. This unique system ensures that the pressure transducers parameters are now automatically transferred to the software. Most extraordinary, with Goettfert?s adaptive pressure signal processor, readings of only 0.005% of full range become useful. Combined with Goettfert visualisation and measurement software LabRheo, based on ?Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 TM? real time monitoring of the test shows how pressures/force over the full range can now be used for the very first time and offers all evaluation tools bundled in the Evaluation software WRII with a variety of output choices. With the add-on package of Shark Skin unit, flow instabilities can be detected and the smallest pressure peaks can be measured and analysed. The company is currently the only supplier for a real Shark Skin measurement and evaluation system on the market.
