Bimetallic Dial Thermometer

Radix Electrosystems Private Limited offers Bimetallic Dial Thermometer. Radix Dial Thermometers, with bimetallic sensing elements, are of rugged design and all stainless steel construction for long life in harsh environments. Dial sizes of 2.5”, 4” and 6” are available, depending on accuracy, resolution and readability requirements. This model measures temperatures between -50 °C and 400 °C. Mounting options are bottom, back and all-angle. The all-angle design allows rotation and angling  of the entire case (180°) for the dial face to be read easily. A SS316 / SS316L stem provides corrosion resistance with 8 mm stem diameter as standard; 6 mm diameter is optionally available. Immersion length is between 75 mm (min) and  400 mm (max) with 250 mm as standard. Immersion length upto 600 mm can be supplied for specific ranges on request. Threaded or flanged process connections in fixed or adjustable design are available. Use of a thermowell is recommended for applications where the stem of the bimetallic dial thermometer may be exposed to high velocity, pressure or corrosive fluid. Also, use of a thermowell permits instrument replacement without disturbing or shutting down the process . IP68 rating can be offered for dust tight,  weather-proof applications as well as protection from complete, continuous submersion in water.
