Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd has introduced a new AC/DC TRMS Digital Clampmeter, Model KM 2777 that meets the requirements for CAT IV 1000V AC and DC and is UL approved. It has unmatched features, functions and ranges: 3-5/6 digits 6,000 + 3-1/2 digits 1,999 count dual LCD display with 5/sec update rate. Its jaw size is 55 mm. It measures AC/DC current up to 2000 A. It can measure fundamental voltage and frequency of most variable frequency drives (VFD). An additional feature is non-contact EF detection. For precise indication of live circuits it has probe contact EF detection function also. The meter meets the requirements for double insulation per IEC/EN61010-1 2nd Ed., UL61010-1 2nd Ed., & CAN/CSA C22.2 No: 61010.1-0.92. This meter operates on standard 1.5V AA size battery x 2. The dimension is 264 (L) x 97 (W) x 43 (H) mm and weight about 608 gm. It is supplied with carrying case, test leads (pair), operating manual and Bkp60 banana plug K-type thermocouple x 1, USB interface kit BRUA-19X, BKB32 banana plug to type-K socket plug adaptor as optional accessory.
