Weigh Feeders & Belt Scales With Torque Tube Articulation

The weigh feeders and belt scales incorporate unique SS torque tube articulation technology, which allows the mechanical off-set of dead load facilitating complete utilisation of the load cell output for live load measurement. In view of the high live load to dead load ratio and a SS torque tube articulation, the system offers unmatchable consistent and repeatable accuracies. The weigh feeders are offered in both totally enclosed construction for granular and pulverised material. The required alimentation group comprising of flow control gates, air slides, rotary feeders are also designed and supplied. The fourth generation microcomputer based electronics offer simple user-friendly menu, ensuring easy set up and calibration of the system. The unique features of the controller are auto zero, auto cal, belt indexing, belt segmentation and serial communications (RS 232 and RS 485) with Modbus RTU protocol as standard.
