Universal testing machine

Spectra World Systems & Services offers Universal testing machine. This is used to determine the properties of tensile and elongation as per ASTM D 638/D 882, flexural as per ASTM D 790 and compression as per ASTM D695. Specifications: specimen clamping - mechanical vice type grip/self tightening grip; elongation - max 1000 mm, least count 0.1 mm; capacity - 0-100, 0-250, 0-500 kgf with 0.1 kgf measuring least count; controller - LED based digital display for "load at yield and break" and grip extension measurement at "yield and break", fully micro controlled process, auto measuring system for elongation between grip; testing speed - AC drive with variable of fix speed control system as per requirement; computer interfacing port with software of calculations with graphical presentation; accessories - dumbell cutting die and press with extra cost; and paint - powder coated. With universal tester, one can test: tensile strength, flexural strength, tensile modulus, flexural modulus, peeling strength, tear strength and elongation.
