Presto Stantest offers a Thermal Shock Tester. This is an indoor environmental test chamber to check physical changes in various electronic components and other high particulate material. The extreme simulation is conducted by 2 methods subjected to abrupt changes in temperature thereby detecting flaws: air to air, and liquid to liquid. The thermal shock tester is an ideal test chamber with colour touch panel control system. Some of the most exclusive features include: pneumatic basket movement to move the specimen safely; mechanism transfer time within 10 second can complies with MIL, IEC, JIS and other test standards; significantly increased memory capacity; ability for operators to more efficiently analyses instrument performance and monitors test parameters; both 2 zone and 3 zone shock can be chosen; and comes with LN2 fast cooling system and RS-485 interface for network administration (optional). The model is built-in with heavy PU and fibreglass insulation along with sirocco fan circulation.
