A wide range of digital testing systems for machine tools applications are available. Sushma spring testing system - model SSTD-300 is ideal for batch inspection and quality control, suitable for both tension and compression springs. This product can also be used for testing of bellows, washers and other flexible parts.
Useful in electronic, electrical, automobile and research organizations; operates on 230 V 50 Hz AC.
Available in 2, 10, 50, 100, 200 Kgf models; and can be calibrated in kg or Newtons or lbs depending on customer requirement.

- Digital display of force with high resolution using 3-1/2 digits DPM;
- Very fine resolution of 0.1 kg in 100 kg and 0.01 kg in 10 kg;
- Accuracy +/- 1 percent FSD, direct reading and easy to operate;
- Rugged steel construction;
- Provision made to use the system with one or more different capacity load cells for better accuracy;
- Force display according to the load cell capacity;
- Coarse and fine adjustable movements separately using hand wheels;
- Maximum gap between the plates - 200 mm;
- Digital vernier scale is provided for the measurement of deflection.
