Rotary Endurance Testing Machine

Simpletech Instruments (P) Ltd offers a numerically controlled rotary endurance testing machine. The system is developed for the endurance testing of automobile lock switches. The same can be adopted for any other switches or devices with rotary actuation. The programmability of multiple positions and position values enables testing of different devices with ease of changing the set up. Angular positions can be programmed to a resolution of 0.1 degree. Finer resolution can also be provided if required. Dwell time can be programmed with a resolution of 0.1 second. Other features like provision of adjustable current loads, contact drop measurements (multiple contacts) and torque measurement can be done as per customers' requirements. Test parameters can be programmed through the keyboard and can be stored in a non-volatile memory. This enables easy recalling of the stored test parameters whenever the system is switched on. Cyclic positioning is counted intemally in the system memory and displayed. In addition to this, the cyclic positioning is counted in an electromagnetic counter also. This retains the count value during power failure. Any testing machines or special purpose production machines involving numerically controlled angular or linear positioning can also be supplied by the company.
