Pressure Vessel Stretch Testing Equipment

MBM Associates manufactures Pressure Vessel Stretch Testing Equipment. It is used in high pressure gas cylinders, containers, chemical reaction and agitator vessels, etc. The equipment consists of a manually operated water pumping unit, water pressure and volume observation gadget board having pressure gauges and scaled tube integral with water reservoir tubes through isolation valves. The operation of water hydraulic pumping unit forces water into a pressure vessel under test which gradually gets pressurized and it is brought up to the design pressure of vessel. It is recommended for pressure vessels and gas cylinders of capacity up to 100 litres and test pressure up to 100 kg/sq.cm. Applications: industrial R&D units, small-scale industrial gas marketing unit, fire fighting equipment service unit, chemical plants maintenance departments, etc.
