Metallographic Image Analysis Systems

Meera Udyog (Instruments Division) has launched a versatile imaging system for metallography, Meera-Metzer M3-ACE. This is well equipped for metallurgists, industrial applications and R&D solutions, for quality control, analysis and development. The system apart from imaging software and required hardware consists of the versatile, new Metzer "Invo" range of inverted metallurgical microscopes. These microscopes, with unique T-shaped design present a highly versatile and ergonomic way for metallography and microstructure examination. Incorporated with high precision, world class optics, magnification from 25x to as high as 1500x is possible, bringing forth crisp, clear images. The system has Windows 95/98 based imaging software, capable of running on normal PCs. It is a user friendly and versatile package for the analysis of metals, coatings, powders and other materials.
