HYDRAULIC COMPARISON TESTER

Aptek Engineers offers Hydraulic Comparison Tester. The product is an ideal equipment for industries using various pressure instruments (gauges, switches and transmitters). The unit tests the pressure gauge or any pressure instrument by comparing it with the master gauge. The master gauge or test gauge (depending on the accuracy of the test pressure) is to be selected looking to the range of the instruments or gauge which is to be tested, ie, to test and calibrate the pressure gauge having 0-100 kg/cm² range, the required range of master or test gauge is 0-150 kg/cm². In Hydraulic Tester, a hydraulic pump is used to generate the pressure. The pressure generated through the hand-operated pump is distributed in two outlets. This comparison tester ranges from 0-700 kg/cm² pressure. Pressure gauges or pressure instruments having various ranges including the negative pressure (vacuum) can be tested with the help of this equipment.
