The Digital Portable Hardness Tester, TH 160 is distinguished by its high accuracy, wide measuring range and simplicity of operation. It is suitable for testing and hardness of all metal, and can be applied in many areas of industry. Main functions: one main unit can match with various impact devices (D, DC, D + 15, C, G and E); recalibration is not necessary when the impact device is replaced; automatically identify type of impact devices (D, DC, D + 15, C, G and E) and their usual impact directions (excluding G); lower and upper limits of test value setting and alarm; date, time, memory, battery, status column, overrun alarm, type of impact device, operation cue is given on all display interfaces; the tested results can be printed repeatedly by its thermal printer memory up to 240-1000 groups of data; RS232 data output; dot-matrix LCD with adjustable backlight; and calibration can be made by users.
