Digital Peel (Bond) Strength Tester

Lab-Fine Instruments has developed a digital peel (bond) strength tester for the packaging industries. This instrument is used for testing the strength of adhesives, etc. The strength required to separate one fixed member from the other moving over the adhered surface. The machine is designed to pull the adhesive strip over the steel strip or any other rigid strip at a constant surface speed without jerks. The pulling force required to separate the adhesive strip is directly indicated by digital display in grams. Top grip is provided to hold the steel strip, as well as flexible strip, over which the adhesive strip is pasted. The bottom grip is provided to hold adhesive flexible strip which pulls by way of a motorized rotating mechanism at constant speed. This instrument takes load up to 10 kg.
