Computerized Universal Testing Machine

Computerized Universal Testing Machine is ideal for quality control, R and D and process troubleshooting. It supports a wide range of tests like tensile, compression, tear, shear, peel, puncture, friction, flexure, insertion, bend, extraction, adhesion with suitable fixtures. This comes in three basic models with maximum load capacities of 1KN, 30 KN, 250 KN with load accuracy of 0.1% of FS. The machine has facility to connect up to 16 load cells to cover a wide load ranges. The drive mechanism is ball screw driven by variable speed AC servo drive for zero backlash. Kalpak’s user-friendly powerful software UTM-Test-C performs multiple functions like machine control, data acquisition as well as data analysis in efficient and effective manner. The user can customize the system as per their performance requirements by choosing from a variety of options for load frame, grips, fixtures, extensometers, load cells, and environmental chambers.
