Brinell Hardness Tester, Optical

Fine Spavy Associates offers an automatic optical brinell hardness tester. This machine has been designed for production testing of cast or forged components, leaf springs, etc, for bri- nell hardness value. Since most of the operations are fast and automatic, the test speed is high with less operator fatigue. The cycle time (except loading/unloading) is about 12 seconds per test. Specifications of the machine: load stages - 750 kg and 3,000 kg; machine frame (C-type); optical measuring equipment with 14X magnification; hydraulic system for operation of ma- chine; and, power supply 3-phase 440 V, 50 Hz AC. The machine is automatic - place the job on the table and operate the cycle start button. The job is clamped, the loading and unloading of test load is done and the impression is visible on screen. After the measurement of impression, the declamp button is to be pressed to get the job into its original position. This machine is suitable for foundries and engineering industries on produc- tion line.
