Softbit Technologies offers a Wireless Remote Monitoring and Control – M2M GPRS/GSM enabled Wireless Data Logger. The wireless SCADA, i.e., wireless Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition is a M2M (Machine 2 Machine) remote wireless data logger for industrial and process automation. This is a GPRS/GSM based M2M data logging system with 'Plug & Play' feature. The company has launched a range of remote data loggers for wireless industrial and process automation. These wireless remote data loggers can be used for real time online data acquisition, monitoring and control of remotely installed electrical systems, HT/LT electric motors, HV/LV transformers, generators, HT/LT distribution panels, boilers or any electrical machine and system. The micro-processor based wireless remote data logger works on "Plug & Play" methodology, i.e., this comes fully pre-programmed and the user only needs to connect it with a machine to be monitored and controlled from a remote location. A few examples where a M2M GPRS wireless data logger can be used for: remote data collection, i.e., to know the state of machines; remote control, i.e., remote management; telemetry, i.e., collecting data through sensors, measurements in real time; wireless in medical field and healthcare; and remote monitoring, i.e., access control, management of alarms, emergency services, etc.
