Programmable Digital Weight Indicator

Senlogic Automation manufactures Programmable Digital Weight Indicator, SF 32/SC 32. They are mechanically and electrically similar both offering multiple point linearisation - but have different levels of performance. The SC 32 is a basic weight indicator performing 50 measurements per second, while the SF 32 performs 200 measurements per second. The SF 32 also offers an impressive array of operational features, including: peak and valley, accumulation, may user-configurable special function front panel keys, multi-range scaling, and multiple tare registers for truck scales. These units can excite up to 12 load cells and translate their noisy signals into an accurate and stable display of weight. Advanced front-end circuitry, a 24-bit A/D converter, a menu-driven selection of digital filters, and other setup parameters ensure internal resolution of 1 ppm. The user-adjustable 3-stage digital filter, display update rate, and serial data output delay could be used to minimise the effects of system vibrations. The SF 32/SC 32 can be ordered in plastic or stainless steel housing.
