Graphic Display-Recorder, METPOINT BDL

The METPOINT® BDL is an innovative graphic display-recorder for the collection of critical process parameters, for example for compressed-air and gas applications. The electronic acquisition system measures the connected input signals and from these it obtains the information required for the respective application. This information is indicated at the device and stored. The processes can be archived in the long term, and alarm signals can be transmitted to a superordinate system. The screen recorder, therefore, allows for the process-oriented evaluation of the sequences and, where required, fast action on site.

Up to 12 analogue and/or digital sensors can easily be configured and connected and are automatically recognised by the system, depending on the sensor type. On the 7'' colour display with a touch function, all measured values, signal curves, and occurrences of exceeding the limit values are indicated. In combination with the consumption rate analysis, the daily, weekly, or monthly evaluation can be calculated with the costs and counter reading. Curve traces can be panned and zoomed with a simple finger movement.
