Digital Flow Indicator Cum Totaliser, Microcontroller Based

Masuba Instruments Private Limited offers a microcontroller based Digital Flow Indicator Cum Totaliser, Model MMFI. This provides digital display of volumetric flow rate (in ltr/hr, kl/hr, m3/hr, etc) having input from the transmitter in current/voltage. The flow indicator can receive input from various flow meters, i.e., Dp transmitter, ultrasonic, vortex, magnetic, etc. The indicator unit receives the 4-20 mA (or 0-20 mA) or 0-10 V DC, pulse signal from above flow sensors. Based on the input signal the flow rate is displayed on four-digit panel meter. The flow rate is integrated and displayed by electronic six/eight digit counter with battery backup. The flow totalising is stopped if flow rate falls below the preset “low flow rate”. A front reset button is provided to reset total flow. The unit has in-built square root extractor which will enable to provide direct flow rate if the linear out put is provided from the transmitter. The flow indicator has excellent short term and long term stability. An electromechanical counter is optionally available to indicate total flow as a backup. The flow indicator/totaliser is manufactured from high grade components. It is housed in a dust resisting powder coated metal enclosure to withstand harsh industrial environment. In-built SMPS power supply will accept wide range of input auxiliary supply voltage variations.
