Air Leak Tester

Cosmo Instruments Co offers Air Leak Tester. It is an automatic leak detector not only detecting leaks by the minute change of differential pressure but also conducting OK/NG judgment. Ideal to be built into a production line for saving labour cost and quality control, Cosmo's air leak testers utilise the Master comparison method, which is based on the three (or four) leak test stages. Master (non-leaking conforming part) and Work (a tested part) are pressurised simultaneously. Next, Master and Work are isolated from the pressure source and the differential pressure sensor (DPS) measures the pressure drop. Master should either be a non-leaking product or Master Chamber, which represents the internal volume and the surface area of the product.
