TANK LEVEL INDICATORS

Sigma Instruments offers Tank Level Indicators. It is of float operated type. It is suitable for liquid level gauging of fixed roof, floating roof or open type vertical storage tanks and underground sumps for water, oil, solvents, etc. It is of simple construction. It is easy to install. It is very sturdy and requires no maintenance. The letters and graduation lines are die cast and are fixed to the scale to give a projected, clear and easy reading, even from a long distance. Liquid seals are available for use with volatile liquids. Specifications: range - up to 20 metres; graduation - at every 100 mm in raised aluminium; SP gravity - 0.75 and above; and operating temperature - 7.5°C. Materials of construction: float - SS 304/ SS 316/ MSRL; guide wire - SS 304/ SS 316; tension spring - carbon steel/ SS 304; assembly anchor bar - MS/ SS 304/ SS 316; pulley - SS 304/ brass; pulley housing - AL/ CI; guide tube - MS; scale figures in raised aluminium rectangular blocks; pointer - AL/ SS 304; and counter weight - CI.
