Oval Gear Flowmeter

Creative Engineers offers an Oval Gear Flowmeter. This is a kind of positive displacement meter to measure the liquid flow or instantaneous flow of the pipe tube. It is kind of accumulator meter, with characteristics of high accuracy and small change by the fluid viscosity. It is widely used to measure oil kind of liquids, but it is not suitable to measure corrosive liquids. The body of this flowmeter is made from cast aluminium. The measurement room is made by its lumen. There are two stainless steel shafts in the measurement room, a couple of oval gears rotate on the shaft; to avoid liquid leakage, the space of oval gear and inner mural of measurement room is just tens of microns; the transmission gear and totaliser part of flowmeter measure the gear rotation, the liquid volume is showed on the display by two words round; the body of flowmeter the above casing, the gland of above casing is sealed by O-ring. The gear rotation part is sealed by oil seal.
