Miniature Level Control Switch

A. Bill Engineers has developed a miniature version of level switch for giving alarms for low oil levels in compressors, gearboxes, oil engines, etc. When level of oil falls, the float turns along the axis of the shaft of the level switch, actuating the microswitch provided to give the alarm. The process connection is 1/2" NPT (male) threading. It is directly mounted on the vessel. The float assembly is inserted from the inside of the vessel. The switch differential is 20? only. The niicroswitch has contact arrangement of 1 NO + 1 NC which are rated for 5 A 230 V 50 Hz. The switch is suitable for maximum pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 and temperature up to 75?C. The switch finds applications for compressors, oil engines, and gearboxes. It can be employed for controlling domestic water tank levels as wen as levels of liquid in process industries.
