Magnetic Level Gauges
The magnetically coupled, without any power requirement, reliable, versatile and easy-to- use level gauges are custom-built to specific applications involving various mediums with different specific gravities, pressures and temperatures.
Accessories and options:
- Graduated stainless steel/Acrylic indicating scales.
- Magnetic Limit switches for high/low or very high/very low positions for activating alarms.
- Liquid level indicating systems for electrical signals to remote panels, alarms and recorders (output: 4-20A or 10 V)
- Companion flanges, shut off valves, vent and drain valves.
- Chemically aggressive, polluting to the environment, obnoxious or poisonous, inflammable or explosive mediums where leakage to atmosphere is not desirable and failure of standard gauge material due to stress and corrosion is not allowed.
- High pressures and/or temperatures.
- Interface or mediums with identical optical characteristics of super imposed phases.
- Boiler water control.
- Sealed stainless steel chamber for optimum strength or synthetic polymer chambers for corrosion resistance.
- Float fitted with sensitive, lightweight system involving a permanent ALNICO cylindrical magnet, which orients towards magnetic rollers irrespective of the float moving up down or rotating on its axis.
- Display unit consists of extruded Aluminium/Poly-carbonate can be assembled to any length and mounted on the chamber to suit the best viewing position.
- Coloured rollers made of Aluminium/Poly-carbonate with ALNICO magnets remain magnetically locked in their position irrespective of accidental disturbance or vibrations.
- Sealed float of reinforced stainless steel, titanium or corrosion resistance plastic.
- Impact resistance springs at top and bottom of chamber to prevent accidental damages to float.
- Automatic warning for float failure by turning of rollers to yellow colour.
- Vent and drain plugs are standard.
