Rojaram Consultants offers Flowmeters for various fluids used in high production techniques used in the manufacture of automobiles. The fluids are paint, water, compressed air, shielding gas, coolant and lubricants. Often there is more than one product line offered and the selection criteria are different. CoolPoint 3/4-4 inch with temperature control is a Vortex Shedding Flow Meter designed for coolant, water or water/glycol mix (up to 50%) for all sizes and chemicals for 1/4 and 1/2 inch sizes where 316 SS construction is available, with temperature control. Features: there are no moving parts to clog or wear because the technology used is vortex shedding; digital display and various electrical outputs are standard; standard construction is of a brass body, viton seals and PVDF senors; 316 stainless steel is an option for smaller sizes and Kalrez is optional for all sizes; CSA and CE approved; temperature output optional on larger sizes; 2% accuracy; selectable LPM or GPM display. Connectors: pin connector is standard and cables with mating pins are available as ancillary products. Conduit box with terminal strip for process applications or pigtails for user added conduit box are optionally available. Electrical outputs: standard output is visual LED plus 4-20 mA transmitter along with a switch output that can be field converted to a pulse out for total. Other options available at time of purchase are 2 set points with no transmitter or one set point with pulse out.
