EG&G Flow Technology's LinearLink is a high performance turbine meter lineariser. Based on measuring the time between turbine rotor blades, the LinearLink can output realtime corrected K-factor flow data in 7.5 ms, with an accuracy of ?0.1% of reading over the repeatable range of the flowmeter. .100:1 turndown is made possible by an approach that enhances the resolution in the flow range of the turbine meter where linearisation is critical.
