The IM40 mechanical register flow meter has been designed to dispense lubricating oils up to SAE 140, diesel, kerosene and anti freeze. This high pressure, positive displacement meter is suitable for all in-line and end-of-line applications and features a rugged and robust mechanical register. Features: robust aluminium construction; fully sealed against dust and water splash; accurate oval gear design; four digit resettable batch totaliser (max 999.9 units); six digit accumulative totaliser; available in litres, quarts or US gallons calibration; protective boot on register; 5 years warranty; and 10 years parts availability. Specifications: wetted components – aluminium, hardened steel, nitrile (NBR), delrin (Acetal); accuracy – ±1% of reading; flow range – 1-30 L/min (0.26 – 8 US gal/min); maximum pressure – 10 350 kPa (1500 psi, 103.5 bar); inlet port – ½” NPT or ½” BSPT female; outlet port – ½” NPT or ½” BSPT female; operating temperature – -5ºC (23ºF) to 50ºC (122ºF); and weight – 470 g (1.04 lbs).
