Neeru Mechanical & Consultants offers a variety of float level sensors manufactured by Triton Controls. Float switches are inexpensive, efficient level detectors, simple to install and designed for trouble free operation over a long life. These have three-core cable with open and closed contact arrangements, which change depending on the float sensor. The float switches are available in 5, 10 or 20 m cable lengths with an actuating weight fitted. These work on the principle of micro switch and rolling ball arrangement. The components are all sheathed in synthetic rubber for high chemical resistance and also special plastic for potable water. These float switches are designed for applications which are sensitive to mercury and requires a more eco friendly approach. These switches have application in chemical, petroleum, pulp and paper, breweries, industries and also water treatment plants.
