Linear IC Testers

Mechatronics offers Linear IC Testers, Nikki Line-I. It is a micro-processor based, multifunctional and powerful linear testing system. It covers a comprehensive list of more then 700 analogue ICs, which are commonly used in industry. It conducts exhaustive functional tests on ICs out of circuit and indicates results as IC Pass or IC Fail. It can perform repeated (continuous) testing on ICs to detect intermittent faults. Features: covers an ever-increasing list of more then 700 linear ICs, which are commonly used in industry; has exhaustive in-built self-diagnostics to indicate system health and indicate which part of the system has the problem; range of linear ICs includes ADCs, DACs, OPAMPs, Opto-Couplers, VCOs, comparators, voltage followers, analogue switches, waveform generators, transistor arrays, PLLs, line drivers/receivers, voltage regulators, timers, sample and holds, PWM generators, etc; all ICs are tested on a single 40 pin universal ZIF socket; potential free test socket, when not in use; have in-built protective inter-locks to avoid damage against any fault to IC under test or the system due to improper usage (e.g., reverse insertion); display - 16 character by 2 rows backlit LCD; and dimensions - 410 (L) x 350 (W) x 150 (H) mm, weight about 6 kg.
