Target Systems Electronics offers Identifinder. This is used for hand held gamma ray Spectrometer for nuclide identification, dose and dose rate measurement. This is a battery-operated instrument with scintillation detector and GM tube detector to acquire spectrum in a 1024 channel, in-built MCA and dose and dose rate measurement. "Identifinder" spectrometer is quite useful for identifying right source at the time of radioactive source inventory in a source room, Gammatography to check shielding integrity, Argon Plume monitoring and bremsstrahlung X-ray spectrum from an X-ray machine.
