Ground-To-Air Aviation Transceiver

GRC-105UV-H is a synthesised UHF/VHF ground-to-air transceiver designed for AM mode aviation communication in the UHF military and VHF civilian bands; it complies with MIL STD 810E environmental and EMC specifications. The 150 W PEP RF amplifier assures long range even in noisy environments. It is suited for ground ATC role, at mixed military and commercial air bases and shipboard aviation communication. The microcontroller-based transceiver has modular design, built-in test (BIT) routines and software program control with built-in growth potential. GRC-105 is readily configurable for a wide variety of ATC interfaces and remote control. The advanced micro controller provides flexible and user-friendly operation with simple 12 -key keypad and a 40 characters (20 x 2) LCD to display frequency or channel in use. Frequency is directly entered or called from 32 user preset memory channels; features include channel scanning to monitor more than one channel and dual watch to monitor a main channel and a second distress channel. An optional wired remote control identical to the front panel of the GR12C-105 radio allows remote operation from up to 100 meters. GRC-105 can operate from world wide power sources; 100~240 V 50/60 Hz mains AC input and 24 V DC with automatic changeover from mains to DC and back.
