Electronic energy meters

Duke Arnic"s Smart MPC 3 Series meters are the most advanced meters currently available. Features include: non volatile memory, optical pout for meter reading, flexible time zone management, extensive tamper detection features and accuracy conforming to IEC, IS and CBIP standards. These meters not only "measure electricity" but also "manage electricity". They have been provided with an optical communication port on the front of the meter conforming to latest IEC standards to enable transfer of meter data into a handheld meter reading instrument. The meters contain multi output regulated power supply for the operation of the internal circuits, and the metering technique is based on 3 watt meter method. The entire processing of the voltages and current signals is done digitally by employing standard techniques. The meter is supported by extensive software to achieve various metering functions, presentation of billing and tampering data, load survey, TOD features, etc. The meters are available in projection mounting, panel mounting design is also available. The meters are provided with enhanced customised/alphanumeric LCD display with symbols. Features: high accuracy and reliability; wide current range; measurement of maximum demand in kW/kVA; recording of average monthly power check; unique tamper/fraud detection features; no range of adjustments; meter reading in absence of power supply; and conforms to international standards.
