Digital Oscilloscopes & Probes

LeCroy's digital oscilloscopes include two models of 200 MHz bandwidth scopes and six models with 400 MHz bandwidth. All of the instruments include standard high impedance passive probes, but three types of specialised probes are also available. The probes include a suite of six types of high voltage probes that probe signals ranging from 600 V to 40 kV, a current probe with 50 MHz bandwidth, two 10 MHz differential amplifiers, and two 100 MHz differential amplifiers with a choice of probes for their inputs.
