Digital Oscilloscope Meter

Scientific Mes-Technik has launched SMH series hand held Digital Oscilloscope meter, ideally suited to meet the needs of engineers and technicians, ideal for field applications. The 3-in-1 oscilloscope meter has a colour backlit LCD with a bandwidth of 20 MHz, 40 MHz and 60 MHz, a sampling rate of 200 MS/s, dual channel and a memory of 125 Kb bandwidth in addition to a digital multi meter (DMM) with data logging facility. The scope features 8-bit vertical resolution and offers various acquisition modes including sample, average, peak detect, and envelope, advanced trigger mode, cover edge, pulse width, TV pattern and delay. There are 23 automatic measurements functions as well as arithmetic and FFT analysis and an auto set feature for easy waveform capture. The 40 MHz and 60 MHz models have a 2.5 GS/s repetitive sampling. The high memory and the sampling rate ensure a true display of the signal. A built-in high precision 6000 count auto ranging digital multimeter measures AC and DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, diode check, continuity tester, with current, relative humidity, temperature, and pressure, available through external adapters. SMH series allows users to customise data logging for any DMM measurements. This function allows recording and consolidating a sequence of data points for data plotting purposes. High performance features like exceptionally easy to use, rugged construction and added flexibility through range of interface options makes this unit suitable for a broad range of specialty and general-purpose engineering applications. It is also ideally suited for troubleshooting, design and debug, manufacturing test, installation and quick inspection task, in the automotive, power system, machinery, and controls, aerospace and industrial sectors. The instrument can be remote controlled and commutation to a PC using standard software included. A USB flash memory port is available for storing and transferring large amount of data. A built-in rechargeable 9 V battery and the standard power adapter power the digital oscilloscope. Colour and zoom mode helps in differentiating the display of multiple waveforms.
