Weighbridge - Pitless And Portable

Acme Sales Company offers pitless Levertronic weighbridges, assembled on simple pedestal type foundations. These all steel L-shaped pipe lever designed weighbridges do not need pit type foundation. The civil cost is 10% of the conventional weighbridges. All steel design ensures safety of levers and other parts during transportation, installation and use. Unlike cast iron, the steel parts withstand overloaded trucks. Besides saving in the cost of civil work the weighbridges never get water logged. Thus they are available for round the clock use during monsoon and floods. The pitless and portable design is most suited to sugar and construction industries where weighbridges are required to be shifted frequently. The short spans of the weighbridge design increase the strength. These short spans can be accommodated in small trucks, thus saving on freight charges. Small size of knife edges and pivots reduce friction and add to accuracy and sensitivity. Adjustable system of fixing pivots and edges helps in easy replacements and improved accuracy. The surface mounted design is kept clean and easy to service as one does not have to open the top plates. The complete system is visible from sides. So no dirty pits and fear of snakes. The weighbridges can be fully computerised with one or two indoor insulated loadcells and perform better than all loadcell based machines. The levers of these weighbridges can replace any faulty outdoor loadcell. The old civil work and weighbridge platform can be used.
