Universal Length Measuring & Calibration Instrument

Trimos (Switzerland) has designed and developed universal length measuring instrument TULM with high accuracy to satisfy the need for ISO 9000 Certification. It is provided with the manufacturer's certificate against traceable reference, certified by Swiss Federal Office of Metrology. The TULM range is 0-500 mm, resolution is up to 0.02 pm and measuring accuracy is up to 0.7 pm. Due to its very high resolution and accuracy it can even check electronic linear probes and dial gauges. The new length measuring instrument makes possible measurement for internal thread pitch from M3 upwards and checking all kinds of gauges such as plug gauges, am ring gauges, plug thread gauges, and thread ring gauges; snap gauges, depth gauges, and dial indicators; setting of internal and external comparative measurements; and measuring of precision parts and instruments. The gauges management software is available. The TULM is supplied with standard as well as many optional accessories for different applications and it has RS 232 output for printing and data processing.
