Jayesh Enterprises offers Plain Plug Gauges. It has a well-equipped standard room with adequate facilities for final inspection. It is manufactured out of best alloy steel, viz., OHNS and EN-31, hardened to 58-60 HRC and duly sub-zero treated. It is manufactured as per design and accuracies stated in the Indian standards and also catering to custom-built designs.Applications: to check small and big bores; range is 0.3 to 1000 mm; reversible pin type fixed in collets; 15.01 to 35.00 mm, reversible cylinder type, standard design; 35.01 to 65.00 mm, disc double ended and design as per IS-6244: 1980; 65.01 to 100.00 mm, disc single ended design as per IS-6244: 1980; and 100.01 and above, plate single ended. The design is as per IS-5388: 1983. It is not only found nation wide acceptance for their superior quality but also highly demanded in up-country markets, meeting their stringent quality standards.
