Linear Scales

Om Enterprise offers a range of Linear Scales. These are designed with five bearings on the slide for superior repeatability, high slide accuracy and long service life. The scale frame is manufactured from anode treated aluminium alloy. The hard chrome scanning head is treated for corrosion resistance. The signal wires employ a multiple layer braided net and are guarded with stainless steel shades for waterproof and anti-interference performance. Features: high sliding accuracy of +/-0.005 mm per metre; long life and repeated accuracy at 45-50 degree C temperature; high quality rubber lip for resistance to wear-scratch; integrated construction excellent dust proofing with good performance; memory back up in built; machine reference signal for every 50 mm length (for more than 1 mtr scale); easy mounting excellent service back up; rigid construction can absorb more loads and jerk as compare to slim scale; and maintenance free design for longer life.
