In-Situ Weighing Systems

LCS Controls offers In-situ Weighing Systems. The system is basically a multi component batch weighing system integrated on a mobile trolley. The multi component batching system is built on a mobile trolley. The system comprises of multi weighing systems, an optical encoder can swiping the bar code, the selected recipe's data were downloaded to multi-component batching controller from host PC. The controller through PLCs and variable speed drives positions the trolley below the specific hopper and collects the pre configured material by weight and then moves on to collect the second component. After collecting the materials in full as per pre-configured recipe data, those materials are automatically discharged into a mixture. Apart from the above, the system provides a local print out weighment data are transmitted to PC for generation of customised reports. The systems can be supplied both on mobile trolley or in static weighment condition.
