In-Motion Truck Weighing System

The DWS in-motion weighing systems are used to reduce weighing time of trucks at weighbridge stations and eliminate human involvement with respect to data entry. The DWS can be enhanced with the help of RFID or digital image processing systems to capture truck data and the same can be transmitted to a central database for the purpose of maintaining records. Weighment slips can be printed after each weighing is completed. The system consists of: software, weight indicator, weighbridge for new installations, RFID/DIP system, PC with UPS for new installations, printer and touch screen (optional). PC software allows to completely manage the in-motion weighbridge system, compatible to the load cells and DGT weight indicator. Besides, it offers a simple and intuitive operator interface, wide range of supported functions, database for the storage of the vehicle data, customer, material and management of the totals, printout and generating the reports.
