Flexi Weigh Belt Weigher

Flexi Weigh Belt Weigher is a new innovation from the Hassia stable. The product is already well proven in weighing rice, sugar, tea, pulses, seeds and detergents. Over 100 lanes are already in production. The product to be dosed is conveyed from the product hopper to the weigh bucket using a belt. The belt speeds are programmed to optimise both speed and accuracy. The weigher can be programmed to ensure that the minimum weight required is never breached. Also as an option weighment data can be downloaded to a computer and analysed. Flexi Weigh belt weigher can be configured to achieve the exact speeds required. This is achieved by selecting suitable number of weigh heads. The device offers higher speeds, better accuracy and more reliability compared to conventional linear vibratory weighers. They also compare favourably in terms of accuracy when compared with combination weighers for products like rice, tea, seeds and certain types of snacks, etc. The company can achieve an accuracy standard deviation of ±3 gm on a pack weight of 1 kg. For higher accuracy special electronics can be used. Speeds from 15 weighment per minute to 120 weighment per minute have already been achieved. Flexi Weigh belt weigher can be offered either as a standalone unit or can be integrated with VFFS, HFFS, jar filler, can filler, carton filler and pick fill and seal systems. It is offered in three models, based on target weights. The small weigher can weigh up to 1 kg, the medium weigher up to 5 kg and the large weigher upto 25 kg.
