LCS Controls offers Electronic Weighing Systems. It is loadcell based multi component batch weighing system. It comprises of weigh hopper mounted on loadcells and connected to LCS high speed micro controller based digital indicator. Components are batch weighed as per pre-configured recipe"s data in the controller. On selection of recipe, the various components are drawn by pre configured weight (in the controller), through multi stage feeding mechanism operated by respective control outputs from the controller. It is based on LCS high speed controller W100H, has a sampling speed of 2000 weight data per second. Through control outputs from our indicator desired operation/interlocks can be done as per process requirement. The PC connectivity of the system and expertise of LCS controls in providing apt PC based software for generation of customised reports renders this unmatched in the field of weighing related automation.
